The 2020 Powercor Melbourne to Warrnambool begins at 7:30am at Avalon Airport this Saturday, February 15 before the peloton roars along the 267 kilometre race route, finishing on Raglan Parade in Warrnambool around 14:00pm.
There are a number of ways you can follow the race:
3YB FM
3YBFM will be crossing to Ian Maher and Trent Hill every half-hour for live race updates. The pair will travel in the race convoy on the day and will be up-close to the action as it unfolds.
You can then listen to the live call of the final 10kms of the race via the 3YBFM website or the 3YBFM APP.
Event Village, Raglan Parade, Warrnambool
Watch the final hour and a half of the race LIVE on the Big Screen in the event village on the finish line of the Powercor Melbourne to Warrnambool. Bring the family, set up a picnic or grab some food from the Food Trucks on site. Jump in a Powercor EPV Unit and get the best vantage point on the street. The kids can enjoy some face painting, colouring wall and a jumping castle. Then watch the cyclists roar into town at about 13:30pm when the 2020 champion will be crowned.
On the race route
The peloton will spend 6-7 hours racing from Avalon Airport to Raglan Parade, Warrnambool. Your town might be on the race route! Come out and cheer on the cyclists as they race past.
